Our client a well established digital agency based in Manchester have an urgent requirement for a .NET Web Developer with skills in ASP.NET and VB.NET along with solid Visual Studio 2008. The role will involve working as party of a well established but small team where you will be developing, in .NET, their existing internal systems, .Net applications, their own website and working on external client projects. Technically they need a developer with commercial experience using some of: Visual Studio 2008 .Net Framework 3.5 ASP.Net VB.Net SQL Server 2005/2008 (Database structures, T-SQL, Stored Procedures, Temporary tables, Transactions etc) ASP.Net Membership (Security, User profiles, Memberships etc) AJAX HTML / CSS / Javascript IIS 7.5 Web design skills would be advantageous (redesigns etc) Windows forms experience would be advantageous LINQ (desirable but not essential) PHP (desirable but not essential) The salary band is wide on this one, it is the right person they are most interested in and can provide training as and where necessary.
