They now have a senior role based in their offices in the Southern Home Counties working in a small team of twelve people, who are involved in the operational business. The role is a Finance Manager position for a key growth initiative, the acquisition of an asset based lending group based in the UK. The Role The Finance Manager is part of the centralised Finance group and solely provides finance and accounting support to this function. The role includes: Maintaining and reporting accurate UK financial statements. Ensuring proper system and financial controls are in place. Approving monthly general ledger extracts. Approving reconciliations. Complying with IFRS accounting. Managing proper levels of treasury levels, treasury management and assisting in FX hedging. Maintaining banking relationships for units' account - intraday overdraft limits, reporting requirements on advances, approving wires, etc. Managing the warehouse funding line. Facilitating payment of invoices and employee expense reimbursements. Handling any transfer pricing requirements for tax purposes. The candidate To be considered for the role you must: Be a qualified Accountant with five to ten years relevant experience Have previous financial services experience.
