As Store manager your duties will be: To be accountable for store performance, sales and profit through the effective management of KPIs and staff training and P&L account. Be responsible for all risk management, staff safety and an onsite first aider. Be responsible for all stock and the back-house operational processes regarding it. Ensure stock is properly rotated and sold within sell by date and under the provisions of the ACT when necessary.
