1. Service Delivery Liason Officer - Manchester £35k

Leading Manchester NHS Trust is looking to recruit a Service Delivery Liaison Officer. You will be responsible for working closely with Trust Divisions, actively communicating their requirements through close liaison with IT Managers, monitoring long-term issues to successful resolution and represent the IT function to the Divisions. This is a non Technical Role but you will need to have a good understanding of IM&T and be able to work closely with both technical and non technical personal to ensure that all issues are resolved. Responsibilities:- Management, monitoring and resolution of incidents, problems and service requests Ensure that NHS Project Management standards, such as Prince2, are applied appropriately to IT projects. Ensure kpi's, metrics and targets are developed and managed to demonstrate service performance and delivery. Manage the financial resources allocated to own Implementing policies for own work area and for proposing changes to policies, in line with legislation, Trust and NHS policies and guidelines. Provide Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for allocated incidents and problems instigating emergency action, when required. Participate in the procurement process where relevant. Ensure Trust procurement processes and procedures are followed in a timely and efficient manner. Manage assigned projects and support and co-ordinate the activities of Project Boards and Project Teams, when required, and making presentations, where required, to all levels of staff. Ensure change management is applied in own areas and follows implemented policies and procedures. Liaise and negotiate with 3rd Party Suppliers to ensure delivery of service is in line with agreed contracts.
