The role: As the company continues to grow, a new opening has become available in the Marketing Department for a Marketing Events Executive. Working as part of a small dedicated team you will be responsible for Events, Exhibitions and detail focused activities. Working autonomously and reporting into a Head of Marketing you will deliver: Support to the Vendor Programme Manager - Creating and delivering presentations to achieve funding for upcoming events, usually on a quarterly basis, sometimes as required. Ownership and delivery of a range of new business, account management and hospitality events in the UK and overseas - Working with marketing colleagues to promote events and exhibitions which ControlCircle is part of, delegate management, organising and delivering ControlCircle's attendance at exhibitions and events and managing merchandise/gifts and workwear. Deliver return on investment and results reporting -for weekly marketing reporting, for monthly board reporting and for the Vendor Programme. You will excel at delivering detailed requirements to tight deadlines. You will also be happy to work with the wider team helping out to deliver product launch projects and partner marketing. To be shortlisted for this role you will need 4-5 years experience including events gained in a marketing department, at an IT, professional services or B2B organisation. To stand out from the crowd your experience will include high value and prestigious or bespoke event organisation nationally and internationally, combined with results reporting.
