They are now looking for a Design Manager to run the Design and Drawing office team. Responsibilities will include Attending specific project meetings, including a. Weekly production meetings b. Preliminary design kick off meetings c. Project de-briefings on completion Training a. Introduction of training procedures and personal involvement in the training of personnel as necessary Labour Management a. Allocation of labour, with reference to the original quoted hours b. Control of direct labour being worked on projects Quality Management a. Ensuring the best quality standards are achieved at all times b.
