My client is a leading national training provider with over 20 years experience in the design and delivery of employmentinitiatives.To meet with current expansion needs my client is currently looking for a Workplace Coach for their Luton and BedfordOffice. The purpose of the role is to support participants undertaking or preparing to undertake work placements oremployment opportunities through guidance and support.The ideal candidate will have previous experience of delivering employment focused support within the workplace tounemployed adults. You shall support and monitor participants entering and undertaking work experience and employmentopportunities to ensure full engagement and sustainability.With excellent communication skills you will liaise with employers to put support and development facilities in placeduring and after the programme and liaise with Personal Advisers to ensure support needs of programme participants aremet. Establishing and maintaining effective relationships with employers, training providers and other key stakeholdergroups you will have a flexible approach to service delivery.The successful candidate will possess good organisational and administration skills along with IT skills to maintain anappropriate administration system, compliant with the requirements of the programme contract and Quality ManagementSystem.
