Due to the rapid growth of their South East Branch, our client, is urgently looking for a highly motivated Water HygieneEngineer to join the team. Reporting to their offices in Barking you will work mainly in the South East (between Swindonand London) but must be prepared to work UK wide.Full training including training courses will be provided but experience and qualifications will be reflected in theremuneration.The basic role is to carry out work to prevent and control Legionnaires Disease in water systems.Role Details* Carry out Risk Assessments to ACOP L8 standards* Cold water storage tank cleaning and disinfection* Cold water tank lining* Cleaning and disinfection of shower heads* Sampling & temperature monitoring of water systems* Drawing of water system schematics* Preparation and completion of job sheetsDesired skills and experience* Plumbing qualifications (part- trained or practical experience accepted)* Water Regulations awareness* Full clean driving licence* Excellent communication skills, written and verbal* Able to work with minimal supervision* Enthusiastic and willing to learn* Able to do physical work including in roof spaces, tanks etcIf interested in this position, simply apply via the button shown.
