This role is responsible for managing a team of Volume Direct Inside Sales Representatives as part of the Country VolumeDirect sales organization. The Inside Sales Manager will lead and drive Inside Sales and be accountable for deliveringthe assigned legal and management quota. This position will report to the Country Volume Direct Sales Director and willbe a peer to the District Managers responsible for the Volume Direct Field Sales Representatives.Responsibilities Include, Drive and deliver on legal and management quota assigned to Inside Sales as part of the overallcountry Volume Direct quota. In conjunction with District Managers and Sales Directors set legal and management quotas byaccount for Inside Sales. Ensure accurate funnel and forecast management for Inside Sales and participate in the agreedsales reviews at both country and EMEA level. Sales develop Inside Sales Representatives ensuring optimal performance onboth quota and sales objectives. We require, Minimum of 5 years proven B2B sales experience preferably within IT. Strongbusiness development experience of growing and expanding revenue within an account portfolio. Hungry, motivated salesattitude. Strong financial acumen with a baseline level understanding of margin. Strong level of discipline andorganization in sales and sales management approach. Unfaltering belief and vision in the capability of Inside Sales.Relocation for the right candidate will not be a problem |
