Description:

Controls : Validation of equipment control and environmental monitoring systems. The candidate must have a background incontrol systems programming and configuration. An understanding of control theory and principles is mandatory. You willbe expected to demonstrate an ability to understand the detailed and complex features, functions and operations behindequipment and systems operations. You will implement activities to satisfy requirements for computer systems validationand regulated electronic records and signatures. This will involve reviewing source codes and detailed functionaltesting.Packaging : Qualification of packaging equipment. This person will need a pharmaceutical, mechanical or controlsengineering background. The principle focus will be on packaging equipment and their ancillary systems ( visioninspection equipment, security systems such as barcode readers and anti-counterfeit measures).Manufacturing : Qualification of production equipment. Two positions, one focusing on Topical applications, the other onCapsule filling. For the Topicals role, a chemical engineering background is preferred, for the capsules, a mechanicalengineering background.All Applicants for this position will need: A minimum of HNC in a scientific discipline or a Scientific Degree Minimum of 5 years experience in or a minimum of 3 years Pharmaceutical validation experienceApplicants must demonstrate knowledge of /skill in : GMP and Pharmaceutical validation expectations Expertise in at least one facet of validation listed above.
