Being part of Whitbread means that we can offerfantastic career moves across lots of diversebrands.We have an opportunity at the Thurrock West PremierTravel Inn for two undergraduate placementtrainees.We have developed a structured placement programme,which offers exposure to all aspects of our hoteloperations, from reservations through to restaurantthrough to duty management shifts.Successful completion of the Discovery programmewill give the opportunity to join our graduatetraining programme Shooting Stars after finalexams, but on a fastrack basis (6months) due toprior experience.Although we prefer applicants to be studying abusiness or hospitality based degree, it is notessential as long as you have the right personalityfor our business.We are looking for bright, outgoing individuals whohave the initiative to work unsupervised, and thedrive and stamina to keep active during busyshifts. You must be an excellent communicator, whocan chat with the guests and make them feel athome.
