PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES * Working within the inbound call center, responding to customer enquires over the telephone. * Checking availability to meet the customers need. * To achieve individual call handling targets ensuring maximum conversion of profitable sales. * To pro-actively support all departmental activities thereby ensuring a professional image is maintained at all times. * To take responsibility for the gathering and sharing of information thereby ensuring good communication channels operate between both our customers and the Whitbread Hotel Company.
