The Role:Daily duties include:- Answering any HR queries an employee may have.- Administering benefits and payroll.- Processing new employee details, changes, and terminations.- Advising managers of HR policy and procedures.- Every month, collect all employee payroll details and then send them to be processed (externally). Making sure allpayroll details are accurate.Candidate Profile:- Must be fluent in English and another European Language- Must have a business related degree with an HR bias.- Previous experience in an HR department would be an advantage- Good computer skills - Word, Excel, Lotus Notes- Candidates will need to have excellent organisational skills, be Team Players with strong communication skills, andanalytical skills.
