A leading retailer is now looking for a Transport Manager. The role will support the General Manager and help to ensurethe forthcoming peak season is handled successfully.You will be responsible for 400 Vehicles, 100 Trailers and have a budget control of 11 million.Responsibilities will include all aspects of Transport operations whilst adding value to the logistics function within achallenging, continuous improvement environment.Substantial experience is required in Transport and Distribution management .Candidates must be able to hit the groundrunning.The ideal candidate must have5-6 years experience gained within the FMCG Industry.Excellent communication skills and customer focusExcellent people management skillsStrong analytical Skills.Must be a CPC HolderPlease contact the office for more details.
