Description:

The North regional office of this Big 4 firm is now seeking to recruit a further Executive to develop the team. Transaction Support is predominantly financial and market due diligence on corporate finance transactions such as mergers, acquisitions, disposals and MBO's. You will be involved in gathering, verifying and analysing information, formulating views and conclusions, report writing and presenting findings to the client. Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate strong intellectual rigour and commercial awareness combined with first-class numeracy and analytical skills. You MUST have qualified as a Chartered, Certified or Management Accountant within the last 3 years.This is an exciting and creative environment with first rate career development and opportunities to work on some of the UK's most high profile deals.
