Based in ChertseyOverview: As our Call Centre Trainer, you will act as first point of contact for all new starters within the Call Centre and deliver the Anchors Away training programme. You will also continually review ways to develop the skills of current employees within a busy Operations Department. Responsibilities: Identify training needs with Training Manager Research, develop, and write training courses to support the call centre. Both soft skill and technical, as outlined in your objectives for the year Deliver training courses, to develop telephone excellence and ensuring maximum effectiveness within the time frame given Evaluate & measure learning outcomes Deliver & update the new starters Anchors Away Programme Deliver ad-hoc training within the call centre Organise & facilitate the new starter Academy Develop and support the call centre recruitment process Other tasks as assigned throughout the year Key skills & experience: Minimum of 12 month previous experience within a training role Call centre training experience preferred Passionate about people and their development Friendly, energetic & approachable Excellent communication skills Benefits 25 days holiday Travel discounts after successful completion of probation period Health care after one year of employment Company pension after successful completion of probation period
