Vacancy:TrainerStatus:PermanentSalary:Dependant on ExperienceRef:650281Area:BurghfieldDisciplineBusiness Services Human ResourcesYou will plan, develop and deliver Production training modules to ensure personnel are trained to a recognised standardwithin the Licensed Site Management Area.ResponsibilitiesDevelop Training Matrix, Trainers Pack and Assessment Pack for the delivery of production training activities in linewith the appropriate operating procedures.Raise Training Needs Analysis (TNAs) to identify the training requirements.Address any training requirements due to a change in the process.Plan/design/produce/deliver and review.Weapon training activities within the area of the Production Manager for the Licensed Site to cover Assembly, Disassemblyand trials.Glovebox operations to cover assembly, disassembly and trails.Glovebox operations to cover the manufacture and re-use of salt components.To represent Production & Facility Manager on Training/Technical meetings.Review and assess competency of personnel during and on completion of their training.Constantly Review, Learn and Improve the training procedures/methods to ensure the highest standard of training ismaintained.Manage assessment process, independent Invigilation of the assessment procedure to maintain the standard and integrity ofassessment process.To support Licensed Site Manager tour/s.To support emergency response within the company.QualificationsNVQ Level 3 Training and Development.NVQ D32 Skills Assessor.Supervisory skills training courseSkillsTo ensure that all Daily/pre-use checks are completed prior to any training activity taking place.Ensure that latest documentation is used to deliver the training programme.To work within the requirements of current legislation.Adherence to the company Safety Manual, Quality Manual and Operating Procedures.
