Job Description:The role of a Recruitment Consultant is both challenging and rewarding. From day one you will be responsible forrunning your own business section with emphasis on developing strong client and applicant relationships. Working on afast paced desk, you will manage the entire recruitment process from advertising and marketing our services, developingyour business, visiting schools and attracting and screening applicants. We will ensure that you benefit from acomprehensive programme of internal and external training courses including one to one induction and mentoring,accredited foundation-training course leading to a Recruitment and Employment Confederation examination and bi-annualcareer appraisals.Candidate Specification:Recruitment is an incredibly rewarding but demanding environment.
