We're looking for people who are outgoing, have good commercial acumen and have proven success in sales. Your background could be within a recruitment position or other sales based role. A recruiter with experience could expect to achieve circa GBP 40k to GBP 50k in year one. If you are currently selling in a different environment your first years earnings would realistically be in the region of GBP 30K - GBP 40k as naturally there would be a learning curve.
