We're currently recruiting for additional trainee recruitment consultants to join our team It's essential that you're articulate on the phone & face-to-face Your CV should demonstrate what you have achieved in life, where you have been successful & where you have been competitive & persuasive. Previous recruitment experience is not required, however it is essential that you are a money hungry, ambitious individual with at least 6 months direct sales experience or have the ability to convince us of why you will be a success at sales. This is your chance to get in at ground level and work your way up; we offer an immense opportunity with unrestricted promotional prospects Remuneration A recruiter with experience could expect to achieve circa GBP 40k to GBP 50k in year one. If you are currently selling in a different environment your first years earnings would realistically be in the region of GBP 30K - GBP 40k as naturally there would be a learning curve. Second year earning potential would be in excess of GBP 60k.
