We reward this dedication through an excellent commission structure; we would expect first years earnings for someone with 6 months sales experience to be in the region of GBP 30k - GBP 40k, with year 2 earnings to be in excess of GBP 60K. In addition we do regular monthly target nights out locations voted for by the consultants, ranging from pubs and clubs to Michelin Star dining. We also have regular European trips for the whole company; recent destinations have included Paris, Nice, Warsaw and Prague. We are seeking confident, bright individuals who can demonstrate they have already achieved beyond their peer group. You should possess a positive, can do attitude, energy, enthusiasm, urgency and a very high level of self-motivation. Six months sales experience within any environment is essential.
