Our client delivers services across the UK dealing with sole traders, SMES and global corporate businesses. Dueto growth they are searching for a Telemarketer/Telesales/Account Manager to join their team.This telemarketer/telesales/account manager role involves carrying out telemarketing calls to meet the clients brief fora range of clients ranging from SMEs to blue chip organisations. Candidates will be involved in making a high number ofquality calls per day to a range of clients with a view to making appointments for the client. Candidates will beinvolved in account managing the project from start to finish with an objective of meeting the clients targets anddeadlines. Regular meetings with the client will take place to meet constant and changing deadlines. Candidates will needto maintain activity reports and other administration items enabling project activity to be recorded and managed.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 GCSEs or the equivalent GNVQ,BTEC or other qualification, Good oral andwritten communication skills with a good command of the English language is essential. A minimum of 6 - 12 monthsexperience working in a customer service/telesales environment would be ideal.
