Description:

Main Responsibilities To provide comprehensive outbound telemarketing follow up for an ongoing cycle of direct mail andonline direct marketing campaigns To make initial contact with designated decision makers and introduce the Exchequer product to them if not alreadyfamiliar To arrange for further relevant information (product / industry collateral) to be sent out to these decision makersfollowing initial contact To provide immediate follow up for inbound enquiries / requests for information To obtain key information from target organisations and update records on internal system should data be incorrect orchange To work with team to ensure data is thoroughly maintained / updated and cleansed throughout To log all activities / communications on internal system and schedule own future calls / activities To build an ongoing relationship with key decision makers within target organisations and maintain contact with them upto the appointment stage To agree introductory appointments with key decision makers on behalf of the direct sales team / reseller channelQualifications Degree level preferable although not essentialExperience Previous experience of working within a busy B2B telemarketing environment Experience of working within business / accounting software environment preferable although not essential Experience of working to tight deadlines and high targetsSkills/aptitude Excellent telephone manner Ability to communicate effectively with prospects at Director level Persistent yet courteous/polite Target driven Self motivated Good organisation and admin skills Adaptable and comfortable working in a changing environment Calm under pressure
