Whether you havejust graduated or have worked in a technical support role for 1-5 years, the positions provide an opportunity to interactwith a client base many of which are Fortune 100 companies.The candidates should have at least a 2:1 degree with good grades at A level, preferably in the technical or sciencefield. The successful applicants must possess strong communication skills both on the telephone and via e-mail with agood understanding of Windows and Unix.A working knowledge of the following is advantageous; Sequel Server, MySQL, Oracle, ODBC, MS Exchange or Lotus Notes.Knowledge of HTML, XML, JSP, PERL and software programming would also be an advantage
