The successful candidate will be working for a leading player in theCRM software market based in Cambridgeshire. The companys software is designed to operate within a Windows environmentintegrating with Microsoft Office and mainstream accounting packages such as Sage and Pegasus.The ideal candidate is a graduate or someone with at least 2 "A" Levels, with their own car and a valid full UK DrivingLicence. You should have experience and technical knowledge of PCs (e.g. Windows, 2003 Server, Sage) and the ability andconfidence to install leading edge software at customer sites. In addition you will be of smart appearance anddemonstrate a positive attitude to problems, a willingness to learn, be customer service focussed, have initiative, beanalytical with an eye for detail and have a retentive memory. Communication skills are essential as you will need thespecial ability to communicate with people who have little or no experience of computers and software; explaining,describing and providing training and problem solving to customers in a clear, concise and jargon free manner.
