My Client's Food Division require an experienced Sales Manager.They are looking to recruit a dynamic individual who will be responsible for delivering against a consumer driven,strategic business plan for both suppliers and existing customers, as well as leading the drive to secure new business tohelp grow sales & profit.Reporting into the Food Division Manager, you will have responsibility for Clients based in the UK & Ireland and will berequired to travel to Europe for both product training and customer visits.Candidates will have a sales background AND experience of food ingredients in a professional capacity that relates to therole.Attractive salary + bonus + Car / Allowance.Key Roles:Manage and drive sales growth.Develop account profitability.Initiate and manage briefs.Manage, understand business & needs.Develop new sales techniques and strategies.Technical Competencies:High level sales experience within the food ingredients industry.Knowledge of food industry and animal nutrition.
