Core Purpose: To ensure that Food Quality and Food Safety standards are met at all times. To maximise the effective useof controllable resources and to ensure that Hygiene, H&S and Environmental standards are adhered to at all times.Key Result AreasOperations1. To ensure that food safety standards throughout the process are maintained at all times through the effectiveimplementation of a clearly defined QMS.2. To ensure that up-to-date product specifications are available.3. To oversee product quality so as to ensure that product specifications are met and customer complaints are minimised.4. To promote and maintain H&S standards at all times.5. To actively promote an environment of Continuous Improvement in all aspects of the operation.6. To actively manage the Hygiene Operation, ensuring that hygiene standards meet all requirements.7. To actively manage the Laundry Operation ensuring that all relevant is available at all times.8. To provide relevant technical reports on a regular and timely basis.9. To propose CEPs which contribute towards achieving the business objectives.Finance1. To manage departmental overhead costs within agreed budget limits.2. To minimise technical labour costs (without compromising Quality or H&S standards).People1. To develop strong professional relationships with key customers and suppliers and other relevant externalorganisations.2.
