The Role:Reporting only to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of this developmentincluding the co-ordination of architects, commercial managers, health and safety and client/customer care.The sites have 3-4 bedroom houses, all the way up to 6 bed luxury houses.Our clients aim is to cover every aspect of house design and build and to exceed their customers expectations.The Requirements:A proven management track record within the luxury housing sector.Target driven with experience of achieving completion dates and quality.At least 10-15 years experience of managing sites of at least 20 units.A broad knowledge of architectural design and build of luxury homes from a technical background.Minimum degree level of education ideally in architecture/surveying/commercial management.Sound knowledge of NHBC requirements and regulations.
