A leading retailer is now looking for a Shift manager for a short term contract. Reporting in to the Site Manager, youwill be responsible for.All shift activities are co-ordinated with daily & weekly tasks achieved,making best use of available resources, through the effective motivation and leadership of Team Leaders to continuallyimprove performance levels and quality standards.Must be flexible to work shifts.Must have worked within an unionised environment!
