Description:

Exciting opportunity to work within mergers & acquisitions for this International accountancy organisation. You will useyour tax knowledge exclusively on transaction related work, looking at all areas from strategic planning and duediligence to implementation and post transactions solutions. Your corporate tax knowledge will be used to supportcorporate finance, transaction support and tax colleagues. You will play a key role in developing client relationships,understanding their business and providing added value tax solutions. You will be either CTA or ACA recently qualifiedwith a good corporate tax knowledge and possess excellent oral & written communication skills.
