Our client is a major supplier of solutions to high street retail chains including many household names. Continuing ontheir successful path they wish to strengthen their support team based in South East Sheffield.In a dynamic business team environment you will provide 2nd line telephone and dial-up support for application softwareand systems/networking faults. You must be prepared to work on a flexible shift pattern including some weekend working.With excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills you must possess at least one years helpdesk experience in acommercial environment, together with good inter-personal skills and a mature attitude.
