Main Tasks:> Support application teams who have applications running on the hardware> Support iPlanet webservers, PVCS and in-house developed migration control system> Plan infrastructure related changes to servers or infrastructure components> Prepare metrics on server and application performance/utilisation.Skills Required:~ In-depth knowledge of Sun Solaris to a Systems Administrator level~ Able to write and maintain complex shell scripts~ iPlanet webserver administration~ PVCS configuration and administration~ Team player~ HTML~ An understanding of basic network configuration~ Investigate and resolve complex infrastructure problems~ Websphere configuration and administration.Desirable skills:# The ability to install and configure software such as Oracle databases# Microsoft Project
