Role (Job details, purpose, responsibility etc)Assisting Senior Engineers/Associates with the structural engineering design projects from inception to completion incommercial, health, retail, industrial, education and other sectors.The role requires attendance at project meetings, liaising with other disciplines and producing a detailed design andspecification to meet with design and construction programmes.Reporting to Senior Engineers/Associates.Key CompetenciesSkills: Knowledge of structural design in concrete and steel structures. Computer literate with knowledge of CADprogrammes and a basic understanding of the CDM RegulationsQualifications: Graduate Engineer, working towards becoming a Chartered Engineer.ExperienceGraduate Engineer with 2 to 3 years post-graduate design experience preferably from a consulting background
