Description:

Role:To deliver the stores sales, shrinkage, costs & wage budgets. Manage the store team to deliver store standards, customerservice & a safe and secure shopping environment.Financial/Commercial:- Achievement of store specific Shrinkage KPIs.- Delivery of wages budget.- Manage P&L account.- Cash procedures compliance.- Work to exceed budgeted sales.Operational:- Maximise sales through ensuring availability.- Maintenance of safe store environment.- Effective stock management.- Store and warehouse standards.- Maintaining store layout in line with merchandising planograms.- Adherence to delivery procedures.People:- Recruit and train team members.- Identify and develop talent.- Ensure all new starters are inducted.- Plan store cover effectively.- Direct, support and coach in store team.- Ensure store training plan is delivered.- Promote effective communication channels.Customer:- Deliver store service standards.- Ensure checkouts are staffed and to standard.- Respond to all customer comments efficiently and effectively.- Promote community relationships.Location: Edinburgh & Lothians
