Your Goals:*To be responsible for securing the logistics competence in the Store.*To ensure In-Store Logistics by securing the Volume/Space/Range relations.*To monitor and control the order process and secure routines maintaining basic data quality.*To be responsible for ensuring efficient Goods-flow through the Store.*To organise warehouse activities in an efficient way securing optimum service to the Customer.*To ensure consistent interaction and feedback with Sales, Com-In and Human Resources.*To secure implementation of the Recovery Concept in all Stores.*To be responsible for ensuring our Stores are good environmental examples in the local community.*To develop working knowledge of the commercial needs of the business.*To achieve Commercial Review standards using documentation as a measure.*To contribute as a member of the Sales Support Management team.*To develop and implement the Logistics Action Plan to achieve the Store and UK Business Plan and Commercial Goals.*To attract, develop and inspire Co-workers by realising the Human Resource Idea.*To create an environment where the Culture is a strong and living reality that embraces the diversity of Co-workers and Customers.*To manage, lead and support your team, by monitoring and following up the Human Resource KPI's, ensuring regular reviews and PDP's are carried out enabling the development of a potential successor.*To identify and address own development needs.*To ensure a safe working environment for fellow Co-workers, Customers and Visitors in line with the HASAW Act and Health and Safety Policy. You Have:*Strong management and leadership skills*Excellent communication skills and customer focus*The ability to train*Ability to share your knowledge and learning*Analytical and tactical abilities*Ability to build working relationships*Highly developed understanding of retail operations*Self awareness and understand how your behaviour effects others*Computer literacy*Strong interest in home furnishings*8-10 years Logistics management experience*Some domestic travel requiredShift Pattern: 39 hours per week, 5/7 days, Sunday through to Saturday. The Logistics function is a 24/7 operation and therefore the Store Logistics Manager is flexible around the clock, as and when the needs of the business dictate. |
