They should have at least 3 years experience of Microsoft SQL server, with relevantqualifications.Experience in technical team management/administration, the ability to manage resources and allocate against projectstimescales and a working knowledge of Workload and Resource Management are essential. Excellent organisational andadministrative skills and an accommodating, energetic and enthusiastic approach are prerequisite coupled with anunderstanding of project management methodology with the ability to deal directly with project managers requests forresource and technical solutions.Key responsibilities are to lead a small but growing team of SQL Database Analysts. In conjunction with theimplementation, configuration and management of SQL servers, the team is also responsible for some third line applicationsupport which includes large document management and CRM systems.Our client is currently under going a server centralisation and consolidation project which the successful candidate willbe instrumental in implementation and supporting.You must be prepared to travel to other UK and international offices as and when requested.
