My client has a number of huge key accounts across the UK, and they are looking for a graduate calibre professional witha proven record in their chosen specialist area of recruitment and need to grow their career further.You should be immaculately presented and be comfortable dealing with management at all levels within various facets of alarge corporate brand. The ability to present effectively to both clients and candidates, manage resourcers and secondtier suppliers, whilst managing the clients expectations are all integral to the role. Any experience of newbusiness/account management of large blue chip clients, or even a background in an HR capacity with the focus onrecruitment will be considered.You will receive an excellent basic salary in line with the status of this role and the potential to earn bonus up toGBP 45-50k in your first year you will have full autonomy to make decisions based on candidate and client requirements.This is an excellent opportunity to develop a career with the emphasis on a corporate, professional approach.
