Key Objectives:A qualified solicitor with experience in commercial property matters and possibly experience/knowledge of telecoms.Minimum 5 years' post qualification experience.Responsibilities:Contracts for multi-site acquisitions for network roll-out.Contracts for single site acquisition for network roll-out.Property aspects of telecommunications.Advice concerning Telecommunications Act 1984.Advising Estates on legal queries and achieving a resolution by negotiation with landlord/landlord's solicitor, whererelevant.Operational Experience:Minimum 5 years' PQE commercial property - major law firm or blue chip company.Personal CharacteristicsAbility to communicate with non-lawyers.IT literate.Academic Background:Qualified solicitor.Company Overview:As an organisation, 3 are growing at a truly phenomenal rate.
