Description:

: Software Support Specialists for this fast-growing software house. You must have 3+ years in a software house providing technical support (or customer facing QA) for bespoke software; and the ability to code in VB, C/C++ or Java. You will understand embedded software and APIs. You will provide technical support; organise customers orders; identify process improvements; and provide on-site installation, consultancy and support. You will be involved in the product release process. You will also be involved in creating additional documentation as required; contributing to QA; and acting as a back-up resource for database table file release and the management and resolution of internal system problems. Salary will be in the range GBP 25-30K with on-call allowance and other benefits.
