This young and dynamic software house has achieved strong growth to date and has even more aggressive plans for the future. The focus is on taking their unique software proposition to market via direct sales plans therefor are looking now for strong new business sales experts who understand that the harder you work the greater the returns can be. Ideally from within the software / CRM and distribution arena (though not essential.) You will develop and own the business plan. With an office based in Oxford the role is home and field based though there will need to be regular visits to the office. Skills Required: Ideally vertical market knowledge (Office Products/automotive or medical supplies or Distribution) withCreativity to identify potential customer applicationsBusiness understanding to develop a compelling business case.The sales executive should have made quota twice recently with a Deal rate of 12-24 deals per annum so hit GBP 1 Million target.Must be comfortable working and mixing with people at Director/VP levelMust be able to demonstrate a full understanding of the sales cycle.The successful candidate must come from these backgrounds:An individual with a strong sales background who wants to break into software salesBusiness IntelligenceAccountancy software displaying strong analytical backgroundDistribution/Wholesale (high volume) background- Branch manager/channel manager |
