Description:

: Software Implementation Consultant for expanding software house developing & marketing solutions for financialservices, utilities and telcos. You will have a degree and 3+ years experience in providing externalimplementation/installation services for software products (preferably in a software house). You will understand embeddedsoftware/APIs and ideally be able to code in any of Java, C/C++, VB or Cobol. Good organisational skills and a customerfocus are essential. The role involves managing customer and partner implementation projects; attending on-site toprovide consultancy, installation, training and support services; and agreeing the scope, content and time-scales ofimplementation projects with customers. You will be required to track and monitor actual time spent of customer work;back-up the support team; and liaise with other departments to identify and resolve technical, operational and commercialissues and manage customer expectations and ensure requirements are met. You will proactively identify processimprovements. Salary will be to GBP 35K.
