Description:

TasksRepairing/servicing Medical equipment in a timely and accurate manner. Diagnose, investigate and repair returnedproducts. To record all findings and corrective action taken. Carry out upgrades and modification programs as required.Field Servicing as required. Take part in Training Programs Internally / externally as required. Answer telephoneenquiries on Service issues as required.Experience & TrainingExperience in the repair and servicing of electro mechanical products, preferably within the medical device industry.General education with a good command of the English language for compilation of reports, plus a formal qualificationsuch as a C&G / ONC or HNC Electronics.Need to be familiar with working in accordance with documented procedures, and have experience of working within a formalQuality Management System. Repair Centre often has direct contact with customers and other persons important to thecompany so excellent interpersonal and communications skills are required. Will be expected to act professionally at alltimes, and ensure the confidentiality of critical company information.
