: Senior Project Manager to head a team of 3 project managers identifying and delivering HR programmes to meet group andindividual development needs. You will have a sound (5-10 years) project management background; 3+ years inleadership/line management; and are likely to be at Prince practitioner level. You will have experience in business HR,IT or system development projects; have delivered the full life-cycle of a product/service offering; and must havemanaged a portfolio of 20+ projects. Reporting to the Client Services Director, you will be heading a team of threehighly motivated project managers each managing and delivering on behalf of their clients a portfolio of up to 20projects through the complete life-cycle of the service. As well as leading and managing the team you will be expected tomanage your own portfolio of projects. Leading by example you will be responsible for reviewing current practice andproposing and implementing your own industry best practice and standards. Using your client facing skills you will beexpected to work with Sales Team Account Managers analysing requirements and bidding for business. The company are wellestablished with a client base of household names; they are looking to grow the business quickly while continuing toraise their already high standards. Salary will be c.GBP 40K with a bonus linked to company and individual performancetaking this to c.GBP 50k. In addition there is a good benefits package.
