Our Global client, who has a presence across six continents in 70 countries with more than 300 customers, producebreakthrough technology which manages some of the largest and complex pipelines in the world. Their current requirementis for a Senior Project Engineer / Chemical Engineer who can work on these integrated solutions in order to help globalenergy companies protect the environment, safeguard lives and ensure profitable pipeline operation. The ideal candidatewill have 5 10 years experience in chemical or hydraulic engineering, process methods in the oil and gas industries andknowledge of SCADA / PLC systems and real-time simulation software. You should also have a relevant degree, such aschemical engineering and have experience of the full project life cycle from sales to site commissioning on real timesystems, capable of configuring data interfaces (eg OPC, Modbus). It would be beneficial if applicants had codingability, code problem solving through debugging in Pascal, C and C++ and budget control or project management awareness.You must be career orientated, pro-active, have a professional approach and excellent communication and presentationskills. Candidates must be willing to travel internationally.
