Description:

Our client, a leading worldwide supplier of innovative processing equipment focussing on sand handling, bulk oil/water separation, and produced water & gas treatment, are currently looking for Process Engineers and Senior Process Engineers to join the team at their Montrose site. The Process Engineer role will involve the detailed design and specification of process plant related to separation, filtration, solids management and produced water treatment for oil and gas related projects. Reporting to the Principal Process Engineer key responsibilities will include generation of mass balance calculations, production of PFDs and P&IDs, and calculation of utility requirements and system hydraulics and commissioning of process plants. Suitable candidates will need a degree in Chemical Engineering, have at least 2-3 years experience in a similar role, and general exposure to the oil & gas and / or process industries.In addition to the above, the senior role will involve training of Process Engineers, playing a lead role in the commissioning of process plants, verification of process calculations, and participation in client clarification meetings and presentation of proposals. Suitable candidates should also have a degree in Chemical Engineering and at least 5 years experience in a similar role in a related industry.
