: My client is one of the largest defence organisations in the UK, Europe and USA. They are now looking to recruit a senior pensions Specialist for their busy South Coast offices Position Concept Develop and implement company pension plan initiatives and policy, and administer multiple company pension plans. Manage and advise on the multiple pension plans in the UK. Th incumbent will work with UK management, the Trustee bodies and external advisors to ensure the Plans conform & develop in line with changing UK legislation and industry practice Develop company plans for A day, pensions simplification legislation, PPF assessment and subsequent relevant legislative or statutory changes Experiences 4-6 years professional experience, experience in compensation & benefits policy development and implementation in a large organisation Complete understanding and application of principles, concepts, practice and standards Excellent systems and written communication skills For a full job spec please contact Marion
