Description:

Experienced Payroll specialist required to join HR team in leading international company. The successful candidate will be responsible for the effective implementation and maintenance of the Payroll systems, and further supports the wider HR generalist remit. The HR Payroll Specialist will be a key member of the HR team, and will be responsible for weekly payroll of 700+ hourly paid employees. Skills / Experience required: 3+ years experience in Payroll systems 1+ years HR experience in a fast paced logistics, manufacturing or production environment Experience of utilising AT Server; Peoplesoft; Oracle In-depth knowledge of HR and Payroll systems; data processing; advanced computer literacy (Excel, Outlook, Word); data analysis using database reporting tools Proactively gathers the right data from appropriate sources; conducts root cause analysis; prioritises key factors; acts decisively, promptly and confidently; applies discretion, independent judgment and complex analysis; flexible in approach; able to operate with limited guidance from management Centrefile Source knowledge an advantage Comprehensive knowledge of tax and NI Must be able to maintain a high degree of confidentialityCandidates will be degree qualifiedWork days are Monday - Friday, with occasional weekend work.Competitive salary package offered, negotiable depending on experience
