SENIOR INFRASTRUCTURE AND ENVIRONMENT (ITE) ENGINEER - PERMANENT - GLASGOW - SALARY NEGOTIABLEOur client requires a chartered engineer, to work in an established Infrastructure, Transportation and Environment Groupin their Glasgow office. Our client is looking for a Senior Engineer to assume principal responsibility for civilengineering work conducted by them in Scotland. The role will be both to lead the design of major urban infrastructureprojects (drainage and highways) and site development, and to develop the work of the group. The key requirements of aSenior Engineer are:Bachelors degree in Engineering (BEng) or Masters degree in Engineering (MEng), or not less than six years relevantworking experience. Good computer IT skills. Good communication skills, experience in dealing with other employees andexternal clients. Confident, proactive character, with a track record of taking the lead in challenging situationsYou will have a minimum of 6 years experience within a Civil Engineering environment and have some appreciation ofstructures and building services disciplines would be of value.Having achieved chartered status, you will have previous experience of leading a team of Engineers, liaising withclients, contractors and architects and working to high standards producing quality work to the specific client brief.Salary negotiable depending on experience.REF JF- 0511-20
