Senior Human Resources GeneralistJob SummaryThe main focus of this position is to drive the recruiting process for the UK and Sweden.Responsibilities You will be required to manage all aspects of the recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing,selection, and closing candidates with a high emphasis on quality and direct sourcing. You will need to be able to demonstrate the key methods of recruitment i.e. Database searching, headhunting, goodstrong search methods and have experience of campaign work. Partnering with the hiring manager, you will facilitate the interviewing process with the local interviewing team andat times other countries including the U.S. Generalist responsibilities include supporting a variety of human resources programs and policies, including employeerelations, compensation, benefits, and HR information systems. Assignments may include development, implementation, and evaluation of programs or policies, and will focus on servicedelivery within each region, providing advice and recommendations.Ideal Person The ideal candidate will probably be from a technical recruitment background and will have worked with a hi-techcompany as the in house recruiter coupled with Human Resource experience.Qualifications Experience using multiple recruiting sources, including cold calling and Web. BS Degree or equivalent in Business Management, Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a related fieldrequired. Minimum 5-7 years Human Resource generalist experience involving volume recruiting, employee relations, benefits, andcompensation. Experience in a software or high tech preferred. Strong Microsoft office skills, writing, and facilitation skills required.
