: Our client is seeking a Senior HR Officer with generalist HR experience. You will have at least 5 years experience in a HR role and have experience of Change Management and experience of dealing with Sales guys and setting up their Sales Commission etc. Ideally you will have worked for a Software company and be CIPD qualified. You will be Part of a small team of 4 HR professionals whose responsibilities span five UK offices and six offices in mainland Europe, the successful candidate will have dotted line reporting to the functional group directors and will be expected to form strong business partnerships with them and their line management. In addition to a broad spectrum of operational duties aimed at supporting the Sales and Services teams, the remit includes significant input into operational and strategic project work. Responsibilities include: Employee relations – advice and support for Sales and Services Training & development – including gap analysis, post-training feedback and evaluation Responsibility for ensuring compliance with Corporate Governance and Sarbanes Oxley processes and procedures Project ownership for ePerformance roll-out in Europe |
